Brown’s Milling & Industrial Supply provides custom built Round Separators. Our separators are capable of dividing solids from liquids or dry materials into various sizes based upon your application. No special foundation or floor space is required giving you the flexibility to position our separator where it fits in your plant. Its simple and uncomplicated design requires less maintenance, less horsepower and easier screen replacement. We can vary your screen meshes and add screen decks to custom fit your specific needs.

Our customer built Round Separators are utilized in a variety of industries internationally. Those industries include ceramics, rubber, paper, pharmaceutical, food, paint, plastic, abrasive, reclamation and brewing have had much success utilizing our equipment.

The Separator is a screening device that vibrates about its center of mass. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. Rotation of the top weight creates vibration on the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen to the surface periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The angle of lead given the lower weight in relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern. The speed and spiral pattern of the material traveling over the screen is regulated by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any workable product.
